Returns:
All returns should be sent within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

All returns should be pre-authorized by HBA and sent with pre-paid freight on behalf of the customer. 

See § 31 in SBF general terms and conditions for more information. Return fee 20%. All returns should be be wrapped carefully, undamaged and in its original packaging. Only new products will be accepted. Procured products will not be accepted. 

Goods damaged in transit should be reported directly to the forwarding agent. 

 

Claims: 
All claims should be reported with a pre-approved claims form.

The claims form should be filled in correctly stating type of vehicle, year/make, date of installation etc.

Cost for shipping, packing, possible charge for troubleshooting and product removal will be at the expense of the buyer.

We will not accept any extra handling expenses for claims.

Bulbs and strobe lights are considered consumable goods and are not encompassed by our claims policy.
