We cooperate with suppliers in Asia and focus on taking accountability for our supplier’s employees. This is secured through mainly working with suppliers, entrepreneurs and logistic partners who are committed to our Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct is a set requirement that must be fulfilled to do business with us. Regular self-assessments and audits give us an opportunity to identify potential weak spots or areas of improvement in our partners. A plan for implementation of identified improvements is established and if the agreed changes are not made in time the cooperation might be ended. Our focus on the coming generation is reflected in our support for SOS Children’s Villages, Aktiv Skola and Operation Smile. The internal environment at HBA stems from our working environment policy.
