We visited Leif Mählström at Bärgningsbolaget i Katrineholm to see what they focus on when equipping their tow trucks. Bärgningsbolaget i Katrineholm was founded 1999 and is a cooperation between father and son. The family run business has a fleet of three tow trucks and one truck mounted attenuator. We ask what they look for when choosing lighting for their trucks and they answer in unison that finding products that combine top quality with a powerful light output is their priority.

The majority of the work done by Bärgningsbolaget i Katrineholm is roadside on heavily trafficked streets and highways. Thus roadside safety is paramount and Leif and his son are always looking for ways to increase the safety for all road users. Our sales representative Anders was asked to help Bärgningsbolaget prepare a new truck with lights. This led to a solid offer including work lights, warning lights, a light bar, tail lights and position lights. The result is a fully equipped truck with lights and no less than two LED light bars. Bärgningsbolaget are satisfied with the outcome; “We are very happy with the lights on our new Scania R500. The result is both attractive and efficient.” At HBA we are glad to hear that the work environment has improved for Bärningsbolaget.
